    Come in and see us, or place your order here. 


    Note we need at least 48 hours notice to prepare items for pick up or delivery. Be sure to provide us with access information and authorizations using the notes section of the shipping page.


    Email kickinghorsegeneralstore@gmail.com by Tuesday evening for special requests, like not-immediately-available produce and dairy. If you meet the Tuesday deadline, your items will be ready for pick up or delivery Friday morning.

RETURN POLICY

No Refunds/Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at the store with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. The delivery fees are not refunded.
